Though the rates are normally on per line basis, we also quote per minute of dictation or a flat monthly rate depending on the volume of your dictations, whichever is preferred one for you. A line in transcription contains 65 characters. These characters can be letters, symbols, numbers or even a space bar. To comprehend it better, you can open any transcribed file in word document, click on Tools and select word count and observe the value revealed besides “Character (With spaces)” and divide this by 65. The turnaround time (TAT) will vary from 12-24 hours. We charge based on 24 hours turnaround time though in most cases you can get back your dictations in 12 hours depending on your need. Normally, you will get your final documents next business day before your office starts.

You can use our TFN at any time 24/7/365 so you can dictate anytime, no matter it is day or night. It is flexible, convenient and control to dictate from any telephone.

Handheld Digital Recorders: Using a wide variety of digital recorders, simply dictate in the normal way. As a small handheld device this can be used anywhere and at anytime. At the end of the day or whenever it is convenient for you, simply plug your handheld recorder into your PC using the cable provided and upload the audio files on our SFTP server, it's that easy!. This can be done from any PC with an internet connection; you are not tied to any one piece of equipment.
